This is a Cambridge based campiagn calling on retailers and restaurants to stop wasting energy by keeping doors open at all times. This would dramatically reduce the overall environmental fotprint of the city, and lower business costs.

This is a practical manifestation of action on the ground to localise food and increase biodiversity, which is an aim for reducing carbon and dealing with climate change. The orchard is always in need of volunteers to work on the project, anything from digging, weeding, website development and management committee work and a nice break from studying to help get bit of balance.
